Daray Group VOF (BlueSense), Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 99398958, is responsible for processing your personal data through this website.

What data

For a reservation or order: name, address, email address, optionally phone number, your order and payment status.

What for

• To handle, deliver and keep in touch about your reservation and order.
• To meet legal obligations, such as the record-keeping requirement of the Dutch tax authorities.

We don't use your data for marketing without your consent and never sell it.

Who we share data with

• Mollie processes your payment. If you choose Klarna, Klarna also processes your data under its own privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider stores the website and orders.
• The carrier receives your name and address to deliver.

How long

We keep order data for 7 years, as required by tax law. Cancelled reservations without payment are deleted after 1 year.

Cookies

This site only uses functional cookies needed for the cart and checkout. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can always view, correct or have your data deleted (after the legal retention period). Email hello@bluesen.se. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
