Not shipped yet? Email hello@bluesen.se with your order number. You'll get your €100 deposit back within 14 days.

Returning after receipt

  1. Register your return within 14 days of receipt via hello@bluesen.se.
  2. You'll get a return number and the return address.
  3. Send everything back complete and well packed within 14 days of notifying us.
We cannot process parcels without a registered return number. Our postal address is not a return address.

Unpacking and trying it is fine. If the product is damaged, incomplete or used more than needed to try it, we deduct the loss in value.

Warranty

3-year warranty on manufacturing defects in the main unit and display. Something not working? Email us a short description, ideally with a photo or video. We'll fix it by repair or replacement.
